Day 7 was the 6th day of waking up in a tent
If you count what Kerri’s doing as waking up.
Our tent was at the foot of the scenic mountain
And at one point in the morning you could almost see it!
And the smaller one next to it
And the smaller hills
That didn’t last for long.
The clouds rolled in
And it got wet
And windy
And grey
ALthough sometimes you could still see mountain tops.
There was a forest fire a few years ago and lots of areas hadn’t recovered yet.
I also would like to stay in bed forever sometimes, but if you hadn’t gotten up, you wouldn’t have seen that mountain with the big tan blocky section. It almost looks like an image glitch, which is pretty neat.
