The penguins weren’t done with their yoga

They can even do it in their sleep.

They do a lot of forward bends

And side bends

And upward stretches

Kerri is too tired to think of names for penguin yoga poses

She’s just wishing it wouldn’t hurt her head to sleep like this

She would get a lot more sleep on the bus

If this position was comfortable

Here we have the headless penguin and the extreme forward flop

This is the double arm flap

These are the tour bus head flops

The rest your head on the seat in front of you stretch

The rest your chin on you seatmate’s shoulder stretch

The rest your head on your own lap or butt stretches

And the foot pillow stretch
