The Adventures of Kerri & Matt

Here are some more river otters

They were herding fish

When they had surrounded the wish the fish would all jump out of the water and splash

But apparently we didn’t get any pictures of that

So you’ll have to just look at the cute scary giant otters.

This is the first tapir we saw

But the second one you are seeing

Because Kerri got confused with all the jaguars

And neglected all the other cool animals

Even the ones with funny long wiggly nose trunks

And cute tongues

This one also went for a swim

He kept his head out of the water the whole time

Moving his nose around to sniff

And sniff

And sniff

It was a long swim

And he had to keep a nose on us

Until he got to the other side

And jumped out with a huge splash.

This is an osprey.

He had a fish.

No one was trying to take the fish.

That would be crazy.

He has big claws.

And was keeping a very close eye on it.

You would have to be very brave to try to steal it.

Bats are even harder to spot than jaguars.

But they’re kind of cute when you do spot them.

There were  a lot of them huddled together on the tree.
