The king penguins seem to like yoga.
They do the backwards rubber neck
And arm flaps
Lots of rubber neck stretches

Sometimes it’s hard to even figure out what direction the neck is going.

Then there’s the foot-to-the-side-balance

The 180 degree neck rotation

The nose-under-the-wing

The forward plank

The toe-to-ear

The nose-to-toe

Even the teenagers get into it

I bet you can’t bring your toes up to your forehead and you have much longer legs!
