This temple was built in 1218 AD by a king who had three names.
One of them was Htilominlo.
Can you guess what the other two are?
They were Zeyatheinkha and Nadaungmyar, just on the tip of your tongue right?
You may be surprised to see a Buddha here. If you are you need to go back to the other temples again and see they have a big theme of Buddha here.
There are actually a few Buddha in the temple in other chambers. This one has a pointy nose.
The plaster (stucco) is still on some of the walls and has more paintings of Buddha all over.
