To get to Oaxaca
Where there were more tacos and pinatas
And crickets without chili powder
Matt got a giant taco pizza thing
and was very happy with it.

Are the crickets quite chitinous? I rather like eating insect flour baked into things, but I think* that the exoskeletons get stuck in my teeth like popcorn hulls when I eat them whole.
*It’s been a while; I can’t remember whether I’ve actually had bad experiences eating insects, or if I just imagined it.
Yeah the legs and bits get stuck everywhere. Crickets are annoying to eat.
