We are heading under the channel to get to France.
Our bus drove into a train which will carry us through the tunnel. This is the view from inside the train waiting for the other buses and trucks to load.
Then the doors closed between the train segments so now this is all we can see.
There were tons of trucks waiting to load.
We are very excited. Can you see the hour and a half delay on our faces?
It was very smooth I’m the train. You could barely tell the train was moving. If you got out of the bus to look out of the train windows it was dark except for occasional little yellow lights whipping by. It is only 75m below sea level but your ears pop because the fast moving train in the tiny tunnel causes weird pressure changes.
And now we are in France.
