There were tons of elephants in Chobe national park.
Actually given that a single elephant can be 7 tons that’s a bit of an understatement.
I don’t know why a multiple ton animal would stand with his legs crossed.
But it must be comfortable, because he stayed that way for a long time.
This one stood in the road with a stick in his mouth and blocked our path for a while.
They look much smaller with their ears in.
Than with their ears out.
The ones by the water were drinking.
They must lose as much water as they succeed in drinking.
They also seemed to be engaging in elephant yoga.
Which looked really funny.
They also look funny when they run.
There were all different sizes of elephants in this herd.
