Boo is a grizzly bear.

He was orphaned when he was a baby.
So now he lives inside a fence.
He escaped a couple of times.
But he always comes back.
He probably missed his toys.
The fence has to keep the wild bears out so they don’t join him.
They hurt him when he escaped.
Mean bears.
He sits like Pooh bear to watch the mountain bikes going by.
They are very confusing.
