We had to work on our anniversary and we wasted all our time at the beach, so for dinner we had chicken fingers & ramen (We were out of french fries)
Matt turned his into gourmet Indonesian style ramen with fried scallions topped with an egg, over easy, accompanied with baked breaded fried chicken breast tossed in a spicy soy-hoisin sauce, topped with fresh cut scallions and toasted sesame seeds. (He also decoratively arranged Kerriās BBQ sauce because it was a special meal after all).
