The concave front of the pedal hugs the ball of your foot. The sloped back half promotes an aggressive heels-down foot position for more power and control.
The Story of Wave
After thousands of hours on the bike, 8 design iterations and 4+ years of testing, we introduced a new take on flat pedal design.
New Bearing and Axle System
Wave uses a sealed chromoly axle system with igus™ bushings and three outboard cartridge bearings. They're fully serviceable and come with our Pedal Bearing Nut Tool.

Convex + Concave = Wave: The front half of the pedal has a concave profile that hugs the ball of your foot for unmatched grip. The back half of the pedal is sloped to promote an aggressive heels-down foot position for more power and control.

Angled Pins: Because the Wave design naturally encourages your heels to drop, the pins are installed at an angle to be vertical when riding. This leverages the Wave profile and increases grip - without the need for longer pins.

DH-Rated Axle: The Wave pedal uses a proven axle, bushing and bearing configuration for improved reliability — strong enough for all types of riding.
