If KUSON is not able to fulfill your order by the stated period you will be dully refunded the purchase price. 

KUSON will send you a confirmation email to the email address provided by you when Products are ready for shipment. In case your pre-order is not completed you will receive a notification by email. 2.Cancellation & Refunds

We value your right to cancel your order prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us directly.
