This lightweight roof top tent has a strong, low profile aluminium shell and packs down to a tiny 180mm thickness. It's made from durable 180gsm ripstop polycotton canvas with an oversized 420D polyester oxford fly and fine mesh windows to keep the breeze in and the bugs out!

You’ll be sleeping in comfort under the stars thanks to the 50mm high density foam mattress, the full-width sky window, and the nearly 1.5m internal width that allows you to properly stretch out. The extendable internal hoops increase interior volume and the side opening design gives even more space compared to traditional clamshell roof top tents. When it starts to get dark, the built-in LED lighting gives you plenty of light to enjoy your night in the great outdoors.

Other features include air vents to reduce condensation while the tent is closed and an anti-condensation mat under the mattress as well as plenty of internal pockets and hooks for storage and shoe bags to keep your muddy boots out of the tent. It comes with a 2.3m aluminium telescopic ladder that suits most vehicle heights and can be packed away inside the tent along with some light bedding when it's time to get back on the road. After speaking over the phone with the seller, I was confident in this purchase for my SPD son. They do not use harsh chemicals or dyes in the process. It is from New Zealand and the only use in Vietnam is for shipping. My son hasn't been diagnosed yet for Autism but he is in the process. He is super sensitive to all things sensory and Amazon feedback isn't the place to give specific details on his condition but I will write that when he fist touched it- which was willingly- he smiled and asked to sleep on it. When he laid down on it and I covered him- he was calm and smiling. In the pic I provided he is calm and holding his door (his obsession is doors and windows). He even set his door down to hold the fur. For other mommies and papas with spd/autistic kids you know that willingly touching a new fabric and setting down an obsessive item is huge and super encouraging! I am so grateful to have such a quality item that is affordable for my special needs son. His older sister received one as well as is now pretending to be a sheep. Fun for everyone! The ONLY negative is that the brand/info sticker on the pelt was a pain to get off and pulled some of the felt - not damaging it but blemishing the unity -but if the skin is down it will not be noticeable. A super fun detail is that all of the fur is combed out but there were a few strands that were wavy and had a slight curl- I LOVED that. There was no odor at all which is great! I expected an animal smell which is better than chlorine or dioxin which is what competitors use in their process. There is no noticeable seam in the middle on the top where the two pelts are gathered. I am soooo satisfied!

FYI: When the package was opened, there was no distinct odor. That's a huge plus! I will admit that the size was slightly smaller than expected. It really doesn't matter much in the space I'm using it for though. My miniature Dachshund loves it! If you're trying to find a high quality sheepskin, and you don't need to cover a very large space, this is definitely the one to buy!
