We definitely recommend them to anyone whose backpack doesn't have extra hip belt pockets. The hip belt pocket is perfect to throw some snacks in for easy access while you continue down the trail and also worked well for holding a smartphone or various other small essentials.
Dual zipper pulls and a wee bit of foam to help it hold it shape make it very easy to access your goods. There are one vertical strap and 2 horizontal horizontal wrapping wings that are adjustable for quick and simple attachment. A front mesh stretch pocket makes it the perfect extra storage pocket.

It has many options for mounting so you can strap it almost anywhere on your pack where you need some extra space. Perfect size for the average size smart phone or GPS. It will be a great addition to your pack.
