Crafted in Italy, the Ypsi stroller offers a sleek, dynamic look that assures agility even in tight, crowded areas. This stroller is your ultimate companion making every stroll with your little one an absolute delight. It's not just a stroller, it's a versatile travel system that grows with your family, easily converting from a single stroller to a double stroller with the Ypsi Double Adapters and Companion Seat (both sold separately).

Measuring a petite 24.75 inches in width, the Ypsi is perfect for narrow paths and bustling spaces. A telescoping handle accommodates users of all heights, while the hand-sewn eco-leather bar injects a touch of sophistication. The wheels, armed with a suspension system and 12 ball bearings, promise 30% less effort in pushing and smoothly traverse various terrains.

The YPSI is compatible with the Primo Viaggio Nido & Primo Viaggio Lounge Car Seats (sold separately), which securely dock onto the chassis using the "one-time" Primo Viaggio Links (included with stroller). The detachable seat is not just reversible, but also foldable right onto the chassis. It offers three adjustable backrest positions to ensure your baby's comfort at all times. With the 4-Season seat, your baby stays cozy in the winter and cool in the summer, thanks to its convertible breathable mesh design.

Welcome a world of convenience and style with the Ypsi stroller, a seamless blend of Italian design and functionality. Its innovative design enables quick and effortless folding, and it closes inward to keep the upholstery spotless. Important reading for every working woman!
Format: Hardcover
Let me start by saying that this isn't a genre I am normally drawn to. I usually am a fiction reader, but a trusted friend recommended this book so highly that I felt I should give it a chance. I'm so glad I put aside my hesitation, as I really feel this is a book that every woman in the American workforce should read. It is a fascinating primer in how we got where we are, and how much effort it took to gain even our somewhat compromised equality. While the legal issues involved can be a little complex, Thomas does an excellent job of breaking them down into straightforward concepts. I also really appreciated her ability to make the whole process of moving a case up through the Court of Appeals and eventually to the Supreme Court come to life. For those of us who are not in the legal profession, this process can seem mysterious, but this book made it easy to understand. By clearly and patiently laying out the facts of each case, Thomas also gives the reader the opportunity to test their own assumptions and think through the logic of the cases for themselves. For me, it was a fascinating opportunity to weigh my assumptions about my political leanings against my intellectual analysis of the facts, and I often surprised myself. All in all, I think this is an important book, and also a surprisingly accessible and engaging one. You will feel smarter and much more informed after reading it. And if you are a woman, you may well also feel grateful for those brave women (and men) who fought and struggled to make your experience in the workplace fairer.

Like a real-life legal thriller. Especially if you're thrilled by the progress we've made.
Format: Hardcover
This book, while deeply researched and rigorous, is the opposite of legalese. Thomas's vivid, thoughtful, witty storytelling reveals the real (and courageous) people behind the cases that made employment discrimination law what it is today. It shows not just the impact of law on people, but the impact of people on law. These women's struggles (and those of the advocates at their side) are both infuriating and inspiring. (That was me on the subway yelling at the book, alternating between "WHAT THE HELL?!" and "YOU GO, IDA!") Read it on the train, read it on the beach; just read it. I have a zillion friends with spring birthdays, not to mention my mom (who came of working age during this gender-siloed Mad-Men-tastic era) and I'm buying it for every single one.

A serious read about a very relevant, non-fiction topic... not a light hearted read.
Format: Kindle
A serious non-fiction, not a leisurely novel... very detailed, lots of research went into this, and a lot to be learned from reading thru it.. an excellent education of all that leads up to our Supreme Court,... and serious relevance to the 60’s, 70’s, up to now.... for many women.

Entertaining read
Format: Kindle
I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Excellent Details
Format: Kindle
If you're like me, you've probably either never heard of these cases or heard about them in only the broadest of strokes. For remedying that, this book is excellent. Thomas provides a detailed account of how these complaints came to be, how they wended their way through the cases, and why they are important in terms of outcome and legal precedent. This is a book that I'm glad to have read and one that I would highly recommend to others.
