The dress looks like a wiggle dress with narrow waist, gorgeous Yellow Sweeping Collar with Navy matching lace Overlay that ha a tie together mid bust and there are nine buttons down the front upper body ( I lightened the last combination image of the dress lying down so you can see the buttons. The dress is a rich dark navy). It is the back that absolutely separates this incredible dress from others. Ruffles that expand across the bottom half of the dress starting at the waist.
