Both views have the same full gathered skirt, but view A has a slightly angular hemline with godets great for a double edged galloon lace, and view B has a rounded hemline, best for fabrics without a straight-edge border design. Closure is a center back zipper. The waistline is accented with a tied or pinned ribbon embellishment.

View A Overdress look for: Lace, bordered eyelet, or any fabric with an embroidery finished edge or crosswise directional prints and florals with an edging, View B Overdress look for: All-over lace, eyelet, embroidered fabrics without an edge finish and ombre’s (colors that fade from edge center) Directional or non-directional prints without an edging. Overdress Fabric Types: organza, chiffon, gauze, georgette, organdy, lawn, and voile. Dress, A or B: cotton, rayon, wool, satin, crepe back satin, faille, taffeta, sateen, and light weight denim are only a few great options.
