Measurements: This fits like a size Small/4 with some potential flexibility to fit X-Small and Medium, but please refer to below measurements to be sure. It can be worn tight and more  fitted through the hips like a wiggle dress, or more loose as shown. 

Chest: 34" (it has internal cups and is meant to fit like a corset)

Waist: Interior waist stay is adjustable, with 2 hooks, for a waist measurement of either 26" or 26.5" (Without that part fastened the waist can stretch up to 28")

Hips: 39" 

Length: 30.25" down center front

Great vintage condition, with some minor wear  commensurate with age. The back boning is slightly misshapen in one area but it definitely still serves its intended purpose well and is not noticeable when worn.
