A super seductive and ultra rare Dolce & Gabbana pink floral stretch silk built-in bra hourglass bodycon dress dating back to their 2001 spring/summer runway collection. As shown, the gorgeous Denise Richards wears a similar dress in the 2002 film "Undercover Brother". Dolce & Gabbana are considered the inventors of a Mediterranean style that draws its inspiration from women of Italian realism, sensual and austere like Anna Magnani, to whom they dedicated a collection whose key element was the 1940's slip. They are not looking for a retro copy; Dolce & Gabbana turned to the past for innovation. The designers once stated, "We want to use the past to project it into the future". This gorgeous dress is a wonderful example of their genius. The fabric used is sensational; a fully-lined luxurious vibrant pink and purple floral logo print stretch silk that hugs the body perfectly. The alluring bodice has slip straps and a flattering black built-in bra which peeks out in such a flirty way. I love the ruched bodycon design; it really creates a stunning hourglass shape. This is definitely the dress you will reach for anytime you want to get noticed.

I'd recommend it, especially at this give-away-price
As a sociologist, I was always interested as to how the USSR could morph what Marx considered communalism networked by a shallow, weak, centralized and supposedly representative government into what I would considered an extremest left-wing oligarchy (most fashionably consider it right-wing despite how it was sold and supported by the people that allowed it- so much for cultural relativity and in context social analysis!). If Stalin actually wrote these pieces (or more commonly among dictators farmed it out to a frightened academic ghostwriter) then it could help explain why Marx disassociated himself with much of the Marxist movement toward the end of his life. It is a logically written and well informed book - worth the read if you are into the sociology of politics, philosophy of politics or the history of politics. I'd recommend it, especially at this give-away-price!

Good book, mediocre edition
Format: Paperback
This review pertains to the quality of this edition's editing and construction, rather than the content of the book itself. Rest assured that the text itself remains a valuable piece of introductory theory. The book is fairly well constructed, with paper and a binding that is sturdy enough for general use. However, my copy had several manufacturing errors including folded over pages being stuck into the binding. In addition, there are several misspelled words throughout the text and some obvious typos (missing letters, incorrect capitalization and punctuation) that did not majorly impact the readability of the text, but were, nevertheless, annoying. Considering the low price of this edition the manufacturing errors are hardly a big deal, but I would have preferred the text itself to have been treated with more care and respect while being prepared for printing.

Although I feel he has been thoughtful and successful in some areas such as improving China economically, I don’t feel his autocratic approach will succeed in the long run when more Chinese people will demand to be heard. Just as Mao thought didn’t outlast Mao, Xi thought will not outlast Xi.
