Cleaning is included in the cost of hire.

Please note: Our size small has had a small tear on the bottom left repaired and a few marks along the front. Stitching however is not as obvious when worn due to the positioning being within the natural pleats of the bottom half of the dress. Please ask for photos if concerned.

HOW TO BOOK

Please select the actual date of event/hire of garment.

Pickups will be available from our boutique on allocated pickup days and times specified via text.

Pickups will generally start anywhere between 24-72 hours prior to your booking date, pending availability of the item after previous bookings.

Please add your desired pickup date in "CART NOTES" prior to payment. (eg. Thursday 8th April 2021). For other arrangements, please contact us prior to booking.

Postal bookings are made via express postage through Australia Post. A tracking number will be provided. Please book early to avoid disappointment if delays occur. NO WEEKEND POSTAL BOOKINGS WILL BE SENT AFTER 2PM ON WEDNESDAYS.

Please still select the DATE OF YOUR EVENT when booking with postage, so we can send it out accordingly and provide you with the correct return date.

RETURNS

All bookings selected with pickup are required to be returned by 8pm on the 2nd day after your booking date, or sooner if possible. You will receive a text after your event as a reminder of return details. Late fees will apply for any late returns.

All postal bookings include a return satchel with is incorporated with the shipping price paid. Please lodge your return INSIDE a post office at the desk, by 4PM on the first business day after your event.

Late fees will apply for any late returns and late lodgements for postal returns.

Please note we do not offer any refunds, credit notes or exchanges within 72 hours of your booking date, or once picked up, whichever occurs first.
