Absolutely exquisite 1920's couture hand beaded flapper dress in extraordinary condition. Composed of soft butter yellow silk chiffon and lavishly adorned with thousands of hand stitched beads and yellow rose lace appliqués. Artfully placed appliqués enhance your form - note that the back rosettes draw the eye directly to the wearers back side. Long white beaded fringe decorates the hem. The dress slips on over the head and is meant to be worn loosely. Side slits allow for easy movement. We have paired the dress with an antique silk slip that we found that matches the color perfectly. We will include it with purchase.

Condition: overall excellent, dare I say near perfect. Very clean and ready to wear. In remarkable condition giving age. Just the slightest signs of wear typical of age. The tiniest mend on the shoulder. See pictures. A couple missing strands of fringe at the hem.

We found an antique slip in the same color to pair with the dress. The slip is not original to the dress but we will include it with your purchase.
