This embellished dress is decorated with exquisite shimmering dot motifs, undulating in wave formations for a captivating glittering effect. This dress features a sweeping floor-length cape sleeve for romantic detailing and a statement look. The flattering one shoulder neckline is trimmed with signature Needle & Thread tulle frills. The skirt is made up of generous layers of net and tulle with sweeping hemline. The perfect dress for an upcoming special occasion.
