Fabric:  Cotton, rickrack

This piece is amazing!  It is a lovely plum color with an interesting novelty print that features a man holding a gun, deer, flowers, a cabin with mountains, an evergreen tree and the sun, and a woman holding a cane; almost looks like a Swiss alps print.  There is a large rounded collar, smocking on the bodice accented with rickrack, and sleeves that button at the cuffs.  The dress buttons up the back with 4 white buttons.  There are two heart shaped front pockets.

Condition:  very good, there is slight fading which is most noticeable on the right shoulder, a couple of tiny holes in front, a repair to the last buttonhole, a couple of very faint spots, none of which detracts from the wearability of this dress
