- Womens white long nurse dress with the top half made from a white non-stretch cheesecloth fabric with velcro closure on the back.
- Vintage nurse dress has an attached white non-stretch fabric apron with ties on the back as well as velcro tabs at the top of the apron.
- White dress also features a white collar with gold button, white wrist cuffs on the sleeves and cheesecloth fabric lining on the bottom hem of the dress.
- Costume is complete with a metallic gold round pin with black nurse cross and a black plastic headband with white nurse hat.
