We were thrilled to also find images of the couture version from his 1997 s/s collection. John Galliano became creative director at Dior in 1996, bringing his theatrical vision and historical references to the house. His tenure reenergized Dior, blending couture-level craftsmanship with a sense of narrative and romance that defined late 1990s fashion.

This dreamy runway look is cut from a beautiful mid-weight ivory viscose crepe fully lined in silk, giving it a smooth feel against the skin.
