The dress has cap sleeves, a built-in neck tie, and a silk-lined pocket on each side. It fastens in the front with six "H"-signed buttons.
Overall, it's in very good condition; there is a light mark on one of the neck ties and there have been a few repairs made to the jersey. These imperfections are all nearly invisible, but there is a visible patch on the interior at the back of the neck that is hidden during wear. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and is ready to wear.
