I tried the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Tinted Lip hoping for both hydration and color, and my experience was mixed. I still needed to use a separate lip balm underneath for real hydration. The tube itself is small, which makes it easy to throw in a purse, but it also feels like it doesn’t last very long — especially if you wear it often. The smell is mild and pleasant, not overpowering, and doesn’t linger in a way that bothers me.
