Durable Materials: Fabric & Coating

Tent canvas: Tentex® C44: high-quality, durable and fire-resistant technical cotton canvas suitable for intensive use in all weather conditions and seasons. 100% cotton. 

Canvas treated to be UV-resistant, colourfast, water-repellent, fire-resistant, and mould- and rot-resistant while maintaining its breathability. The coating is invisible, but without doubt a very important aspect of your tent.

The coating was embedded in the fibres of the tent fabric before the tent was produced.

Seal of Cotton®

The heavy-duty bathtub-style groundsheet rises some 25 cm high and is made of durable 100% waterproof PVC (650 gr/m²) for maximum comfort, and features rip-stop for strength. The tub-style groundsheet is virtually indestructible and allows camping on any surface. Your tent can stand in 10 centimetres of water for months without a drop penetrating.

The groundsheet is attached to the tent with a wide Velcro strip so that water and vermin have no chance. 

The poles are made of anodised aluminium and measure 35 mm in diameter. The tent poles form a sturdy structure that can withstand severe weather conditions.

Doors and windows with integrated mosquito netting : provide an insect-free environment and can be easily operated with quick-release fasteners.

Triple-layer storm windows : made of PVC clear fabric and seamlessly sealed with a velcro closure.

Military-grade zippers : from the quality brand SBS – ISO 17025.

Forged steel tent pegs : suitable for hard ground.

Quick-straps : doors and windows can be easily opened and closed with quick-release fasteners.

Electricity access point : all Wall tent models include dedicated cable openings on both sides of the front door and an additional ‘cable access point’ to lead electrical wiring inside.

UV-treated reflective guy ropes : equipped with aluminium tensioners and aluminium carabiners for easy adjustment. The ropes consist of a durable UV-resistant polyester core and an outer sheath.

Double-stitched seams and reinforced corners : for extra durability.

Spacious design : with a peak height of approximately 350 cm and 200 cm high walls, you can stand upright and move freely. The rectangular shape maximises usable space, making it easy to store camping gear, furniture, and accessories.

Weather protection : an exterior rain flap prevents water from entering and keeps mud and dirt from directly touching the tent fabric.

Excellent ventilation : large windows and a double door with mosquito netting ensure optimal airflow.

Easy to set up : Despite their large size and durability, CanvasCamp Wall tents are designed for simple pitching. It can be done solo, but why make it harder? It’s much easier with two!

Shock-absorbing cords : keep your tent stable even in strong winds.

Storage pockets : built-in organisers inside the tent help you keep small essentials neatly stored. Made from mosquito netting, so you can easily see what’s inside.

hot tent ready: All CanvasCamp Wall tents come with a pre-stitched stove vent in the roof as standard, so you can install a tent stove without any hassle. No messing around with cutting yourself or making adjustments - just insert the tube set and enjoy warmth and cosiness. Not using the stove? Simply remove the tube set and close the opening with the handy Velcro seal. This way, your tent always remains flexible and ready for any adventure!
