Common Name: Dracaena Compacta or Dracaena Twister

Scientific Name: Dracaena fragrans 'Janet Craig Compacta'

Compared to other varieties of dracaena, this one is much more compact and can stay shorter over time, especially when selectively pruned.  It has dark, almost glossy, solid green leaves.

-Care Recommendations By The Dude-

Best for These Animals: All sizes of tropical and temperate-dwelling reptiles and amphibians, including dart frogs, chameleons, anoles, tree skinks, corn snake, ball python, and various arboreal (tree-dwelling) reptiles and amphibians.

Bio Dude Substrates: TerraFlora, TerraFauna, TerraFirma & some Terra Aranea

Soil Depth: All soil depths suitable with proper drainage.

Lighting: Low to medium indirect light; can tolerate high light, but may turn lighter green.

Humidity & Misting: 40%-95%, can tolerate less than 40%, but higher humidity is suggested for optimal growth.

Mature Plant Size & Root System: This compact variety of dracaena will stay short longer, yet is a quick grower. If the stem is cut it will form new shoots from that location. Root system will burrow deep for anchorage but is not invasive.

Temperature Tolerance & Placement in the Terrarium: Too high temperatures/low humidity may cause leaves to brown. Can be used as front/low understory planting, especially if pruned back to maintain compact size, or can be used as background or corner placement as it grows taller.

Edible & Side Effects if Ingested: Non-toxic if consumed, though these are typically used for ornamental, not edible, purposes.

Pot Size & Packaging: A single 6" potted dracaena plant is shipped in the pot, wrapped in paper.

Lip Balm
La Roche-Posay Nutritic Lip Balm is an okay product. It’s definitely not horrible, and it does what a lip balm is supposed to do. It keeps lips soft and moisturized, and it feels comfortable to wear. That said, I’m a big fan of La Roche-Posay in general, and this one didn’t really stand out to me. I didn’t notice anything special that justified the price, and honestly, I feel like I could get similar results from a much cheaper lip balm. It works, but for the price point, I don’t think it was worth it for me.

A Moisturizing, Non-Greasy Lip Balm That Doesn't Make My Lips Itch!
Sometime in the last 3 or 4 years, I developed an allergy to lanolin, which is a common ingredient in many lip balm. I've been using an all organic lip balm without lanolin, but lately my lips have started to itch and peel again. I hated to spend $16 on one lip balm, but decided to try it out. I got it last night and have applied it a few times since then. No itching. No greasy feeling. This is definitely a winner and worth the money. Highly recommend!

Extremely effective product
Such a great product. Really works well on chapped, dry hands during winter or to maintain healthy skin in other conditions. There really isn't a scent, it smells kind of plastic-y but that's fine with me when the results are so good. Hard to find in my area, so happy Amazon carries this brand.

Just what I was looking for!!
So far,so good. It s the first time I have been trying this product. I really like it. I was looking for something to help me for dryness due to the cold weather and excess of hand washing because of my job. I work in a microbiology lab, so I am costantly washing my hands and they tent to get dry with the specific soap we have to use. I like to feel my hands humected but not sticky. I tried several brands but never got quite convinced to by a brand again because I as not satisfied at all. This hand cream is ligher compared to many others but really protects and leaves your hands soft. You use it once or twice a day and they are still soft.
