All our plants come with a live arrival guarantee! However please note that while we do our very best to package our plants and 95% of them arrive without damage, shipping may cause damage to the plant, including but not limited to broken, browning, withered, and dead leaves.
We grow all our plants outside on the the big island of Hawaii. With the lush jungle comes many pests and while we do spray regularly we cannot guarantee 100% pest free plant. However each plant is inspected by us as well as the hawaii agriculture department for pests prior to shipping.
No returns. If there are any issues please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
If you live in a cold zone or expect the package to travel through cold areas please request a heat pack. We provide them for $4 in our store. They are 72 hour heat packs and we strongly advise you to upgrade your shipping to express 2 day shipping from Hawaii so it gets there before the 72 hours is up. We cannot be held liable for damage/death due to freezing/cold temperatures.

Best sub paper!
Size: 8.5"x11"
This is actually my second box of this paper I purchased. I use it that much! I like it that much! It works easily through my Epson 2850. The sub ink transfers to this paper with vibrant colors before pressing. I like the ASub print on the back to help me load the paper correctly in my printer. The ink does not bleed through the paper. I like that this paper comes in a plastic bag and in a box. This is helpful to keep the moisture out of the paper. The paper is durable as I try to manipulate on my substrate.

Good choice in sublimation paper!
