The short, fleshy, jointed stems hold the leaves on a petiole with a speckly wine red blush. Flowers are a simple, lemony yellow spire. The whole plant grows pretty quickly up to around 10" to 10" tall and wide. It has been rumored the scent of the plant resembles maple syrup or fenugreek, of all things.
