Portulacaria afra ‘Medio-picta’, also known as Midstripe Rainbow Bush or Spekboom, is an easy-to-grow succulent with bright, eye-catching foliage. Its small, round green leaves feature a creamy white stripe down the center, creating a fresh variegated look. The stems are pink to burgundy and can grow long and branch freely, adding beautiful color contrast in pots and arrangements.
This plant can grow as a small shrub over time and responds well to pruning to keep its shape. It may produce tiny pink flowers when mature. It thrives in bright light with well-draining soil and infrequent watering. Propagation is simple from stem cuttings, which root quickly and help create a fuller plant. -

Gritty, well-draining soil is essential. Use a cactus and succulent mix with 70%-80% mineral grit such as coarse sand, pumice, or perlite.
Water infrequently. Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Avoid letting water sit in the rosette to prevent rot.

Fantastic soap for the dermatitis and eczema prone
You guyyyyysss, my hands have no dry, itchy spots right now. None. This is remarkable because before now I have for years had issues with eczema/contact dermatitis patches that have at times (aka: most times) been pretty unbearable. To say that I’m overjoyed to have found a natural soap that truly works for me is an understatement. When you use this, you can feel that it’s moisturizing your skin. It’s fantastic. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor and get yourself a bar. I’m wondering now if I can use it on my entire body and to wash my hair. That’s probably a little overboard, but it’s that good and now that I’ve used it I suspect all my skin problems are contact dermatitis that could be solved by the right soap/shampoo.

Best I’ve found yet for facial psoriasis
Anyone who has facial psoriasis will tell you there are not a lot of products that you can put on your face without irritation or flareups. This soap is just what I needed. There are no irritating chemicals or perfumes in this soap. I have read other reviews that the soap does not last very long but there is a way to use it to make it last. First, I wet my face and then I wet my fingertips and rub my finger tips across the dry bar of soap and then lightly rub my face with my fingertips softening the plaques and then lightly wash with a soft cotton washcloth. It is not really moisturizing but not over drying either. I follow up with an organic vegetable-based glycerin oil to moisturize. This is the best product I have found yet.

Heals skin
It definitely dries out your skin quickly but I do recommend moisture so the skin won’t crack or you get open cuts as your dermatitis is healing. I have dermatitis really bad where my skin drys and hurts when I have a cut, So far it’s working as intended.
