Larger trees are naturally top-heavy and may not stand perfectly upright in the nursery pot alone; this is not a defect. They should be anchored inside a suitably sized planter using a stabilizing medium (e.g., soil, floral foam, sand, stones, or a combination).

We frequently get asked for the dimensions of these pots but honestly it doesn't matter, so long as you choose an appropriately sized planter for the size of the item. In both instances the decorative planter size needed to visually look correct would be much larger than the non-decorative pots they come with.
