This lovely water-wise plant truly flourishes in the sunshine, offering beautiful light purple-blue flowers for most of the year. The aromatic flowers carry the classic lavender fragrance typical of its genus, though they have a hint of rosemary-like scent and aren’t quite as sweetly fragrant as English lavender. For optimal growth, it’s a good idea to give the plant a light pruning twice a year during the cooler months.
