Red Acre Cabbage Seeds - Heirloom, Non-GMO, Non-Hybrid, Open-Pollinated

Grow your own vibrant, flavorful Red Acre Cabbage with our premium heirloom seeds! Red Acre Cabbage is a hardy and versatile variety, renowned for its deep purple-red heads, crisp texture, and slightly sweet flavor. Perfect for fresh salads, slaws, pickling, and cooking, this compact cabbage variety thrives in various climates and gardens.

Each packet contains 1g of seed, approximately 250 seeds.

Planting Instructions:

Days to Maturity: Approximately 70-75 days from transplant.

Planting Depth: Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep.

Plant Spacing: Space plants 12-18 inches apart in rows spaced 24-36 inches apart.

Days to Germination: Seeds typically germinate in 7-14 days.

Starting Indoors vs. Direct Sowing: For best results, start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Transplant seedlings outdoors once they are 4-6 weeks old and after the danger of frost has passed. Alternatively, sow seeds directly outdoors in early spring or late summer for a fall harvest.

Sun or Shade: Red Acre Cabbage thrives in full sun, requiring at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.

Growing Tips:

This compact cabbage variety grows to 2-4 pounds, making it perfect for smaller gardens and raised beds. It performs well in rich, well-drained soil with a pH of 6.0-7.5. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged, and mulch around plants to retain moisture and prevent weeds. Use a balanced fertilizer throughout the growing season for optimal growth.

Our Red Acre Cabbage seeds are heirloom, non-GMO, non-hybrid, and open-pollinated, ensuring a true-to-type harvest and the ability to save seeds for future plantings. Whether you’re a home gardener or a market grower, these seeds will deliver delicious, nutritious cabbage heads bursting with color and flavor. Add this easy-to-grow classic to your garden for a rewarding and productive harvest!

Healing Christian Trauma
Format: Kindle
If you've been hurt by the Church, this is a good read. Chapter 17 is a must read. It is a very quotable book, too.

Academic in nature, but informative for the average reader.
Format: Kindle
Granted this is an academic textbook, but there is much in this work for the average Christian who just wants to dig deeper into the Old Testament. Each chapter represents a different book in the Old Testament, and is was written by a scholar who has special research knowledge on that particular book. Chapters are not as long and drawn out as many academic Old Testament survey works can be. They are semi-concise, and filled with lots of information on each book of the Old Testament. Written from a conservative standpoint, the book takes a high view scripture and confirms the veracity of Scripture and verbal plenary inspiration. If I had to lodge one complaint against the text, I would criticize it for a lack of illustrations, charts, graphs, maps, and pictures and such. It's New Testament counterpart is filled with such, but this volume is lacking in that area, for some strange reason. I guess the publisher must've been on a limited budget when developing this volume. LOL. If you are getting ready to take an Old Testament survey class and this is your text, you've got something to get excited about. Blessings in Christ, Myke Harbuck Byron, Georgia

Good Text Book
Format: Hardcover
This is a great book when looking for an introduction to the OT. It is fairly easy to read, and each chapter ends with questions which encourage the reader to retain what was just read. This book seemed at least to this reader, to take fairly complex subjects and make them understandable and very readable.
