Once the weight is loaded or selected the user places the feet shoulder width apart on the platform and pushes it away from the body by extending the knees and hips. This leg press has a selectorized weight stack that runs through a pulley and cable system. The weight stack goes up to 490 lbs. in 20 lbs. increments. It has an adjustable, angled seat to accommodate a wide range of user heights. The press plate is large enough for a wide range of foot positions during the pressing movement. Any toy that last over 2 days with a Belgian deserves 5 stars.
I purchased this for my pup's 2nd birthday. She loves it. Within in 24hrs all the tabs were chewed off but the ball itself is still holding up. She plays volleyball with it, catch, Chase, and chews on it. It is going on a month and it is still around. Thank you. It is difficult to find a toy that lasts with a Belgian and they are hyper dogs that need toys.

He loves his new ball
