One mature, standard-size tart or sweet cherry tree will produce 30 to 50 quarts of cherries each year; a dwarf tree, about 10 to 15 quarts.
- Plant cherry trees in early spring or late fall (when the ground is soft and has a higher moisture content) in a sunny site with good air circulation and deep, well-drained soil. Apply mulch and water well. After flowering in a fruiting year, you’ll need to drape trees with wildlife-safe netting to protect the fruit from birds.
- Plant in a sunny site with good air circulation; avoid planting near trees or buildings that shade.
- For cherry trees, however, they can mostly survive for weeks without water. However, keep in mind that the soil dries up faster when it is hot or windy. Maintain the soil by using a soaker hose around the tree for deep watering. Organic mulch can also help maintain soil moisture.
- Keep your tree healthy and fruitful by balancing the top growth of your tree through pruning. Pruning is the process of cutting away dead branches or stems. This is also important to keep the shape of your beautiful cherry tree.

Problem finally solved! This stuff works.

I'm 60 and have very dry skin despite eating healthful food and drinking plenty of water.
I've tried every moisturizer available and I've finally found one that leaves my skin hydrated. It's the perfect thickness -- not too thick like a paste and not a thin lotion -- so it's emollient and soaks in without tugging on my skin during application.
This will be my after shower body lotion from now on. I'm wearing shorts and sleeveless tops again! 🥰

I'm impressed. It's very good stuff

I'm finding that menopause skin is very, very dry skin. Combine that with a harsh winter and my skin was in much worst shape than normal. I usually had noticeably dry skin on my legs & arms but winter made it itchy & more flakey. I started using the Eucerin calming formula but that did nothing for the dryness but did moderately help lessen the itching.
I got online to see what I could do for the flaking skin, add moisture and curb the itching without having to go to a dermatologist because I didn't think I had a major issue. My reading recommended alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) formula moisturizers and from reading amlactin was very popular and received high marks but I wanted to look at & try a couple of things before I committed to just one as it's likely this will become part of my regular skin care and I'd need an affordable option. I discovered the Eucerin AHA formula on Amazon, liked the reviews & decided why not try it. The price point was very good compared to amlactin. I received the Eucerin 12/14/2017 and have used it religiously twice a day. The flakiness subsided in a week and the itch only occurs on my back where I can't reach to apply it. This stuff has been wonderful to apply to my skin. My skin is no longer flaky or ashy & the rough patches are gone from my knees & elbows.
This stuff is very heavy but it doesn't feel greasy to me because my skin soaks uses it in pretty quickly. I am not sure if I could use this in a hot, humid summer but for the current -20+ wind chills I'm living through, that heaviness is working in my favor. If you don't want to apply a heavy thick lotion to your skin or if that type of formula could cause a breakout, this isn't the moisturizer for you.
It doesn't really have a smell to me. Once I apply it I only smell the scent of my bee & flower sandalwood soap. This lotion is not scented so that's a plus for me.
Also unlike amlactin it does not contain parabens.
I did order the amlactin and will try it after this is gone but it's likely I will continue with the Eucerin AHA formula. It has worked very well for me. I've not done price shopping for this locally so I can't add anything in terms of costs on Amazon versus brick&mortar.
But if you can handle its heaviness I'd definitely recommend it.

BEST REPAIR HAND AND BODY CREAM!

This is the best "repair" body/hand cream I've found, and I've tried quite a few. I have dogs and cats and I garden -- so I ALWAYS have scratches and tiny puncture woulds either from cats, dogs, rose bushes or cacti; and this Eucerin body cream helps to sooth and heal them quickly. I also notice that it helps relieve dryness very well, and once it soaks in, you aren't left feeling 'greasy'. It has no perfumes, and so is unscented.
