Ever wish you could cover everything with flowers? When you plant a climbing hydrangea, that's what happens! Unlike all of its hydrangea cousins, climbing hydrangea naturally grows as a vine which produces small rootlets that help it cling. In nature, it would clamor up trees and shrubs, and it's still lovely that way in gardens, though its equally useful grown on walls, chimneys, fences, pergolas, and other structures.

Climbing hydrangeas take a few years to get established before they begin to flower, but once they're settled in and growing vigorously, they provide years of beauty, growing more dramatic and floriferous each season.

Details:
Name:
Hydrangea anomala subsp. petiolaris
Hardiness: USDA zones 4-9
Height + width: 10-30'  tall x 1- - 20' wide (taller/wider in milder climates, shorter in areas with long cold winters)
Light: Full to part sun
Soil: Any well-drained soil will do.
Pruning: Blooms on old wood. Pruning is rarely needed, though climbing hydrangeas may be selectively pruned to fill a specific space or to improve the habit. Climbing hydrangeas bloom on old wood, so trimming/cutting back will remove flower buds.
Water: Average water needs. Does not tolerate wet conditions.
Fertilizer: Fertilize once in early spring with a rose fertilizer if desired.
Bloom time: Early summer
Bloom color: White, aging to green.
Uses: Climbing hydrangeas must be grown on a structure, but almost anything will do. Growing up the trunks of trees is one of the most classic ways to enjoy them, but they cling equally well to man-made structures. Climbing hydrangea is unlikely to harm the trees they grow on or masonry, however, if you remove the plant, their dried old rootlets will cling to the surface for several years unless scrubbed off.

I used this sound deadening material in my car during an audio and interior upgrade, and the difference was noticeable immediately. Road noise, vibrations, and rattling were reduced a lot, especially on the doors and floor panels. The car feels much quieter and more solid while driving now. The material was easy to cut and apply, and the adhesive stuck very well without peeling up. It has a quality feel to it and conforms nicely around curves and tight areas. I also noticed my speakers sound cleaner and have better bass response after installing it. For the price, this sound deadening material is a great value and definitely worth it if you want a quieter ride and better overall sound quality in your vehicle.

Worth it!
Size: 50 sqft
I was worried it wouldn't work as well since it's 50 mil and I thought I got the wrong thing. Nope! Works great. Did all four doors on my 93 civic and I have enough for the floor I think. Solid price. Noise reduced by about 5 decibels hive difference. Very sticky and easy to apply I'm so happy I was able to cover most all of my car. If I need more, definitely buying this since I got so much extra and I thought I would. PS: that five decibel thing is only with the four doors. My firewall is next and then my floor, but it's such a huge difference

Quiet your vehicle noises
Size: 50 sqft
Put this in our high roof van and couldn’t believe how much quieter it was at once. Really cut down on the vibration noise Nice and easy to install just peel n stick. Was also easy to cut with scissors for smaller areas. Seemed to be really nice quality. Didn’t notice any odor.

Sound deadening the Hot Rod
Size: 20 sqft, Size: 20 sqft
Works well, good value for the money. It’s very sticky and conforms to what you are applying it to. One 20 sq ft box did approximately the passenger side

Good stuff
Size: 50 sqft, Size: 50 sqft
Good stuff. I did a lot of work on my 91 Toyota Land Cruiser 3FE. I did the inside and outside doors, as well as the under-hood area, with some extra work. I like this stuff. It sticks down good but you have to clean your surface so there's a good grip. I think these are going to do well for noise cancellation. The deadening material does well with absorbing vibrations too. But the install roller tools it will come in handy. Trust me trying to do it by hand is not worth it.
