  Native to East Asia, spanning from Japan and Korea to Northern India and Vietnam.
  
  Following the flowers, the plant develops drooping clusters of bright red berries. These berries are exceptionally persistent, often remaining on the plant for over six months, providing a "holiday" look well into the next season.
  
  
• Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid harsh, direct afternoon sun which can scorch the leaves, but ensure it gets enough light to produce berries.
