Water requirements Calathea Insigne - 70cm

The potting soil of the Calathea Insigne may be kept slightly moist with regular intervals, but be careful not to overwater the plant. Too much water can cause it to accumulate at the bottom of the pot near the roots, causing root rot.
For this reason, we recommend feeling this out before every watering. Is the soil still damp from last time? Then wait a while.

It is also a good idea to regularly spray the leaves with a water spray. This way, you keep the humidity around the plant high.

Light requirements for Calathea Insigne - 70cm

Originally, the Calathea Insigne grows in the tropics of South America and the Amazon region in the shade of large trees. For this reason, the plant does not tolerate too much (direct) light and prefers a shady spot in your home. In this position, the leaves remain at their most beautiful and the creation of new leaf patterns will be stimulated.

This whole thing is really shady. I just called to file a claim for a juicer that I purchased at the same time for coverage. The guy asked for my name, address, than wanted my claim number.... but I was calling to file a claim. I told him I had an order number, so he said Yea give me that. "Now I need your 16 digit credit card number. Thats when I STOPPED. I asked him how does this process work. He said I needed to give him my credit card number first. I repeated ... "can you just tell me how this is going to process so I understand". He then said, "thank you have a blessed day" and hung up. Not odd disconnected, he just hung up.
