This car seat accommodates up to 50 pounds rear facing to help keep your child riding safely even longer and easily switches to a forward facing car seat as your child grows. ClickTight Technology installation provides fully open seat belt paths that are clearly labeled and easy to access, and the automatic tensioner takes care of the tightening.

With a slim outside and spacious inside, this toddler car seat features 17" SpaceSaver technology designed to fit 3-across* without compromising on trusted Britax safety and premium comfort. The Britax car seat boasts a patented SafeCell® crumple zone and V-shaped top tether to help manage crash energy. The reinforced frame and belt paths provide additional strength and stability. Sturdy. Everything came in one piece and the instructions were some of the clearest I've encountered for Amazon furniture. Took about an hour for me to muscle my way through with manual screwdrivers only. I do not recommend a drill unless you go slow, because screw placement will make or break this for you in my opinion. Problems I encountered and how I overcame them: Drawer was rickety, kept catching when trying to pull out. I had to go back and tighten the tiny black screws on the rails. If they are not as flush as you can possibly get them, they will cause the wheels to catch. Once I got them as tight as possible, the drawer pull out was much smoother. Getting the first set of rails on. Space was EXTREMELY tight and frustrating. I ended up using a small screwdriver from my house, pressing it tightly with one hand, and using a pair of pliers to turn the screwdriver. Like a socket wrench type action. This sucked, I can't lie. And it wasn't possible to put them on earlier due to the cam bolts/screws under the rail. But I got through it. Overall, this is worth the money as long as you are willing to take your time and line things up properly and really use some elbow grease to get the screws in straight and flush.
