Where are H Potter products made?

H Potter items are manufactured at our partnered factory in India. Glass terrariums are handcrafted in India and China.

Does H Potter offer discounts?

H Potter does not offer discounts, but we do offer fast, free shipping and exceptional customer service.

Can H Potter provide detailed information about warehouse deals?

We do not have specific pictures or information regarding each individual warehouse deal item. Warehouse deals are typically customer returns or photo shoot items. We inspect items upon their return to make sure glass is not broken, items have not been used or major components are not missing, this said, items could have dents or dings, hardware may be missing, outer boxes may show wear and tear. It is not feasible to provide specific photos detailing the issues as each individual item would need its own sku identification.

Does H Potter ship outside of the United States?

H Potter does not keep an inventory of replacement parts. If an item arrives and a small part is damaged, please contact us for solutions.

What is H Potter’s return policy?

Materials & Care

H Potter planters are made with stainless steel. To create the antique copper finish, first the planters are electroplated with a copper finish, next we apply a hand-rubbed antique finish and the final step is an application of a high grade clear-coat protective sealer. To add a bit of extra protection to the finish, you might choose to apply a coat or two of clear spray paint annually to the inside and outside of the planter. This can be purchased in a spray can at a hardware type store. You might also choose to apply this protective covering before first use.

Your water may contain minerals, chlorine and/or fluoride which may be unfriendly to the finish on the planter. H Potter planters are not designed to be used as fountains. Water spilling over the sides of the planter may affect the finish of the planter and/or may cause water stains or water spots. Additives in the soil used might also contain chemicals which when over-watered may spill over the sides and run down the planter potentially affecting the finish. Water sitting in the drainage tray may also affect the finish of the tray.

We choose to clean our planters with a soft, non-abrasive cloth along with water and a small amount of mild dish soap.

If you are using the planter outdoors, you might consider inside storage during the winter based on the weather conditions in your area.

Great Quality, but Check Cabinet Height Carefully

I am so, so sad these iSpecle Pull Out Spice Racks did not fit in my kitchen cabinets. I thought I had checked, but the most my cabinets can take with the nonadjustable shelves is 9", and these are a little over 9.5" tall at the metal rack side. They may not fit where I intended to use them, but they appear to be good quality and really help with organization. They look nice and slide in and out well, so I fully intend to find another way to use them. Maybe under the bathroom sink where smaller items also like to cluster.

Finally solved my spice cabinet chaos

I didn’t realize how much time I was wasting digging through my spice cabinet until I installed these. My spices used to be stacked behind one another, which meant every time I needed a specific seasoning, I had to move half the cabinet around just to find it. These racks completely solved that problem. What immediately appealed to me was the no-drill installation. I rent my home, so I’m always hesitant to make permanent changes to cabinets. The peel-and-stick setup was surprisingly easy, and I had both racks installed in just a few minutes. Once attached, they felt much more secure than I expected. I was initially skeptical about adhesive mounting, but they’ve stayed firmly in place. The pull-out design is where these really shine. Instead of reaching into a dark cabinet and searching through rows of jars, I can simply slide the rack out and instantly see everything. It’s one of those organizational upgrades that makes everyday cooking noticeably easier. I also appreciate the adjustable height feature. My spice collection includes a mix of different bottle sizes, and I was able to configure the racks to accommodate both smaller and larger containers without any issues. Finally, a Spice Rack That Fixes the Real Problem—Access Without the Hassle

I am pleasantly surprised at how handy this spice rack is!! This iSPECLE pull-out spice rack does that others rarely deliver... makes your daily routine just that much easier. The biggest win here is access. No longer having to rummage through a messy cabinet or knock over jars to retrieve whatever you’re looking for. With everything just sliding out and coming up right in front of you. The idea is simple, but it creates a difference. There's your strong point here: the no-drill, peel-and-stick installation. It’s simple and time-saving, which is something. That being said, it still needs to be installed correctly. Use a clean surface, pressure, and time to set. Do that, and it holds well. Overlook that step, and you’ll be blaming the product when it’s all set up for you. The adjustable height is practical, especially if you’re working with a mix of 4oz and 8oz spice jars. It’s not flashy, but it offers a solution to the same annoying problem: trying to cram mismatched containers into a rigid system. What impresses me the most is that it provides some order rather than making things ever murkier. It’s not looking to reinvent your kitchen. It takes a common frustration (buried spices in dark cabinets) and makes it neat and clean for practicality's sake.
