Rhombophyllum Dolabriforme goes by the common name “Elkhorn Plant” or “Hatchet Plant”. This semi-shaped succulent is from South Africa and the Aizoaceae family. Hatchet Plant is winter dormant and can take up 30 centimeters of height.

Growth Rate

Hatchet Plant is a slow grower. Growing out into a densely branched plant takes time and requires sufficient nurturing throughout the year.

Flowering

Its golden yellow flowers appear in the spring and summer seasons. The beauty of the flowers is further enhanced by a slight red hint of color on the back.

Watering and Feeding

The succulent requires ample amounts of water, but only when the soil gets dry. They can be watered once every 2-4 weeks in winter. Even though they do not necessarily need fertilizing, a cactus or liquid fertilizer once a month during the spring and summer season is recommended.

Soil

An excellent drainage system is essential to these plants. Prepare a soil mix using less organic material and extra perlite or pumice.

Hardiness

Rhombophyllum Dolabriforme grows best in the spring and summer seasons, the frost tolerance of this elegant succulent ranges anywhere from 1.7° C (35° F) to 10° C (50° F). Furthermore, 10b to 11b is the hardiness zone of the Elkhorn plant.

Light

The plant prefers full sun, with some shade in the hottest months of summer. Rhombophyllum Dolabriforme requires bright sunlight in winter.

Propagation

You can propagate these succulents through cuttings. Be sure to dry out the cuttings before you plant them in well-drained and gritty soil.

Rhombophyllum Dolabriforme is a sight for sore eyes since when the plant starts blooming, its beautiful flowers grow in the afternoon sunlight and you get to witness this every day, beginning mid-spring!

Great quality wire for any automotive or 12 volt wiring
Size: 16 AWG-100 ft
This GS Power 16 gauge wire is excellent quality for any automotive wiring project. The copper is true OFC pure copper, not copper clad aluminum. It’s flexible, easy to route, and holds up well without the insulation feeling cheap or brittle. I have used it for automotive accessory wiring and some 12V equipment projects and it handled everything perfectly. The wire pulls cleanly, solders well, and the insulation thickness gives it a durable feel without being overly bulky. If you need dependable wire for automotive, marine, RV, audio, or general electrical projects, this is a great buy. I would absolutely purchase it again.

Not the sorry copper coated aluminum.
Size: 16 AWG-100 ft
The wire is 16 gauge plenty big for my system. Heck, the wires supplied with my stereo, copomonet speakers, and amplifiers are about 20 or 24 gauge. I'm quite sure the wire will be more than suffeceint. I, m installing a mono sub amplifier a four-way amplifier to the sub amp outputs and the front of lines of the stereo. I'm gonna be pushing 20 speakers all except the sub woofer only pushing 100 watts a channel and the sub will push 150 watts. That makes 21 altogether. Not much just good clean sound. I've been working on the project going on 5 years now. Been bargain hunting, besides the work I've only got about $650 in the project. Can't wait to get it completed here around the end of July. Hopefully, it will sound great didn't want to pay anyone. Seen too many "professional" jobs that were subpar. I've seen some nightmares. Figured if l did the job then who could I blame at least I can only blame myself and didn't pay $1,000 for it. 😁🤔
