Where to put it:
Royal Star Magnolia’s compact, shrub-like size makes it an ideal feature tree for tight areas. Royal Star is commonly used in the front or back landscape to provide accent or anchoring, or around a deck or patio. This tree should be planted at least 5ft away from buildings. This is a clump tree, so keep in mind that it will block the view of anything you put it in front of.
What it needs:
Royal Star Magnolia is an extremely tolerant tree that can grow in almost any condition. Be sure to follow our watering guidelines for the first few growing seasons until the root system is well-established.
