Your package will be shipped in a box and meticulously bubblewrapped. When opening your package, some soil may be loose in the box. ***The plant may appear dry or stressed when you receive it. Simply plant it in a pot and leave at bright location without direct sunlight for a few days. Then you can begin watering the plant, gradually introducing more sunlight, and watching it thrive. 

***Please be aware that plants in 2" pots are baby plants, hence they're smaller than those in 4" pots. The color of succulents vary based on its growing condition. The plant you receive may not be the exact color as the picture. With proper care and abundant sunlight the color will reappear.

During cold weather, you are highly recommended  to choose PRIORITY MAIL and  add HEAT PAD in your package. Heat pad is available for sale in my store under Heat Pad

Return Policy

You must notify us of any defective or damaged items within 24 HOURS of the items' receipt. Please  message us for  more instructions.

The buyer  is responsible for all shipping and l handling fees during an item's  exchange, including the return shipping  that is needed to ship the new item back  to the customer.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and  handling charges  for any returns, and we will not refund any shipping  charges.
Unreasonably  returned  packages will be charged a variable shipping and handling fee.

All defective  items must be returned/ received  by us within 7 days from the original receiving  day of the item you  purchased.

Please include a copy of the list of items in  your package as proof of purchase and note the  reason for your return. 

Please allow 10 business days starting from the  receipt  of your return to process your return. 

Refunds will be processed in the same manner as   payments. If you paid by PayPal, then you will receive a refund  on your  PayPal.
