Golden Pothos (Epipremnum aureum) is a species in the arum family Araceae, andnative to French Polynesia. However, it is naturally found in many forests from Southeast Asia to the West Pacific. Typically a fast-growing strong climber, Golden Pothos can flourish as houseplants or climbers, indoor and outdoor, in full sun or partial shade, and requires little watering. It is known for its glossy, heart-shaped, yellow and green variegated leaves. Pothos are climbing plants and use their aerial roots to climb up trees in their natural habitat. The golden pothos is one of the fastest growing species of pothos. If you do not prune this species of pothos regularly, it will take over any space, given enough time, no matter how large or small the space is! So be very careful not to over-plant any terrarium or vivarium with this plant!
The plants we sell here are starter plants, which means they are small enough to fit in a 7 inch tall terrarium, but if they are well taken care of, they will grow much larger than that and will make excellent additions to your larger living vivariums as well!
WE SHIP ALL OUR PLANTS BARE ROOT, but if you are not ready to plant them right away, they can be kept in a window, or under an artificial light source in a small vase with water for several weeks without issue, just don't let them dry up, the roots must always stay submerged under water!

I must say, I am EXTREMELY biased towards Tim Wise. I adore him. He is a well-educated, genuine wordsmith. He shuts down the mess that we hear perpetrated on a daily basis regarding colorblind politics. In this book, he shuts down "colorblindness". I really love the fact that he criticized President Obama for his lack of legislation specifically for African-Americans. That was an issue I had with him and I believe that several African-Americans feel the same way. I understand, like Tim Wise, the position of President Obama and how easy it would have been for him to fall into a stereotype. I also believe that, no matter what he did, he will always be stereotyped, so why not help out the people who got you elected?
Great book by a "Wise" man.

Insights on the new racism

Wise, with good insight and armed with up-to-date facts, compellingly portrays the new strategies that have been developed within the US political system that actually serve to perpetuate racism in our society. Scary and brutal--a must read for anyone who really wants to know how our society subtley and not so subtley pushes a White supremacy agenda without even knowing it.

Insightful and True
Format: Paperback
Thank you Tim wise for being a person who understands soooo much about race and discrimination. It is great to see that being color blind is actually dangerous for people of color. As a person of color I hate it when whites assume that because they are nice to me that they aren't racist and yet in their thoughts and comments to their white counter parts they are as racist as hell. What annoys me is that whites operate the system which is designed to fail people of color and elevate those who designed it. But the tides are slowly turning and people are waking up and are finding their voice and courage. I wish them all the best in the world. Thanking you Tim.

Honest
Format: Kindle
I love the book. I think he is honest and courageous for exposing demonic oppression. I had no idea how throughly racist the system is. I have highlighted just about every page. I have even shared qoutes on face book. I really think he could help his people eliminate racism, opression and colorblindness. Thank you Tim!
