If plants have soil over the leaves, it can easily be rinsed off with water. If plant is slightly wilted and the soil is dry, we recommend that you give the plant a watering as soon as you can to revive the plant. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase and will work with you on finding a resolution for all issues as soon as possible. [ADDITIONAL GUIDES] REPOTTING OR TRANSPLANTING YOUR PLANT - Try to avoid touching the roots as much as possible when repotting. It's not necessary to remove all the old soil. This step is important in determining how long it will take for your plant to settle in its new pot. - Once transplanted in new soil, do not water for 2-3 days. During this time, the plant might wither a little, but is necessary in the establishment and growth of roots in the new potting container. - While the plant gets adjusted to its new pot, do not place under direct sunlight. Get the INSURANCE!!!!
My chair broke. Almost at the one year mark… I’m so glad I got the insurance! I put in my claim (it was easy) and it was resolved within 72 hours. Sometimes I decline the insurance because it turns out to be more hassle than it’s worth but Asurion came through!

Simple and not Drama claim process.
’ve had Asurion coverage for a couple of years and never needed to use it until recently, when my pool salt cell (less than two years old) stopped working. I had purchased it with an Asurion protection plan, so I contacted them to start a claim.
The process was simple and straightforward to follow. In the end, they honored the plan and covered the cost of my salt cell based on the value when I originally bought it. They issued me a gift card that I could use on Amazon for that amount.
While prices have gone up and a new cell now costs about $200 more, it was still definitely worth having the coverage. Overall, I’m satisfied with how the claim was handled.
