All plants are sent Priority Mail unless otherwise specified and expedited shipping is paid for by the customer. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as this is out of our control.

If the package was not accepted on the first delivery attempt we will not issue a refund or replacement as it is the buyer's responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
