It is widely used in perfumes, oils and soaps and its leaves make an excellent potpourri. Patchouli made a resurgence in the 1960's as a popular oils used by Hippies to condition their skin and hair. Also used as an aphrodisiac, Patchouli is often found in many Aromatherapy products and incenses.
Medically, Patchouli is antibacterial and anti fungal. Used for ages in the Far East, Patchouli was employed to treat nausea, headaches, colds and even venomous snake bites. Patchouli has also been known as a skin toner and to be effective in treating acne and eczema.
The plant's anti fungal properties also render it a natural insecticide and makes a great preventative plant for your garden. Ancient Chinese silk traders used to pack Patchouli leaves within the folds of their silk cargoes to prevent damage from moths. Try using Patchouli in your drawers and attics instead of toxic mothballs!
Patchouli plants are a member of the Lamianceae family, which includes Mints, Lavenders and Oreganos. This fragrant plant makes an excellent houseplant. Keep it in filtered light and do not let it dry out. It is an easy plant to grow, and will reward you with lovely white flowers!

Colorful, Sturdy & Great Value

Purchased for our two puppies when they were 2 months old and weighed about 14 pounds so theses balls were a little big for them to hold in their mouths but that didn't stop them from trying. While they did like these balls they much preferred softer soccer balls, the later of which did not hold up well at all. I had hoped they would play with these balls more when they were older but that hasn't happened 5 months later. I guess it's no fun if you can't tear the toy apart. Colors are very bright and they do enjoy chasing after them as long as I am the one rolling them across the room for them. Maybe when they progress to batting things with their paws they will start to do this for themselves.

These balls were almost exactly what I needed. I was replacing my boy’s favorite ball, which is the 3” squeaky, spikey ball that fits in the chuck it launcher. Unfortunately I saw the shiny object next to it and because there were SIX balls and a dollar less, I failed to see that these are 3.5” balls instead of 3”…. Great balls but no fitty in the slingy. Buyer beware. No chuck it no problem. Save a buck.

MY CHIHUAHUA LOVES THESE BALLS!!

My little chihuahua, BamBam, is addicted to balls, especially little balls that squeak! However, any balls that have material on them, BamBam will tear them apart, swallow the material and then get an upset tummy! These balls saved the day! BamBam LOVES them & she cannot tear them apart! They hold up so well! No matter how much BamBam plays with them, they keep squeaking away!
