Integrated SensorSafe technology adds a layer of protection, alerting you in real-time via Bluetooth® to 4 potentially unsafe conditions from your child’s car seat: unsafe ambient temperature, child unattended, child buckled too long, and unexpected chest clip unbuckling. LockStrongTM belt tensioning system provides solid, secure installation in no time. Looking for a more sustainable option? Our LiteMax NXT features soft, environmentally friendly Green & Gentle™ Fabric, woven from recycled plastic bottles and free of added chemicals and added flame retardants — a choice you can feel good about. This infant car seat is also GREENGUARD® Gold Certified for meeting low chemical emissions standards to create a healthier environment for your child. So I did what you do in these situations: I initiated a return, stating my issue in the appropriate place To my utter shock, an hour later I had been issued a full refund with the reason they listed being they had sent me the wrong item. I do not even have to send the toy back! I didn't ask for this; it didn't occur to me to even consider it. They just did it on their own. Which is why, despite the item I received being too small, made me want to run over here and leave a great review To make sure the toy finds a loving home with a little woofer, we'll be donating it to one of the smaller local shelters. I'm sure it will be very happy with its new family

Like most people that have dogs I first went with the M size or Tennis ball size (about 2.5") chuckit for my 65-70 lbs Lab. It also seems to fit their mouth better allowing them to enjoy 'the game' (you lost by the way) much more. If you have a larger dog or your dog has a big mouth, please trust me when I say skip the 2.5" M size balls. You and your dog will haves much more fun with this 3" size
